In 2005, Ascent Video was founded on the concept of bringing video projects to a higher plane at an affordable price.  With over 20 years of experience, Creative Services Director Jay Jones has come up through the television industry, starting in an independent broadcast station as a news videographer, and ending up as an award winning producer at an NBC affiliate.  Jay's estimates that he has participated in over 500 commercials, live events, and news stories.  He has also directed many "live to tape" events such as Easter Seals, the Catholic Mass, financial reports, cooking shows and more.  Now residing with his wife in Front Royal, Virginia, Jay and his team are continually concentrating their efforts in bringing broadcast quality events to everyone and following the cutting edge as the media grows and changes.
